All entries must be submitted online. Please ensure that you enter the correct information, as no fee refunds will be provided for incorrect entries. In the event of a section cancellation, accepted entry fees may be refunded.
Competitors participate in this Dance Eisteddfod at their own risk. The competition organisers will not be held responsible for any accidents, thefts, or lost property.
By signing up, you confirm that you are a parent or legal guardian of the competitors you are adding, or you have obtained consent from a parent or legal guardian of the competitors you are adding. You also acknowledge that you have made the parent or legal guardian aware of these terms of service.
All fees paid for entries and registrations are non-refundable. Please review all your entries and registrations carefully before submitting, and promptly notify the competition organisers if any changes are required. Entries will only be processed upon receipt of full payment.
Registrations will be considered final at the entry closure date. Changes can be made after payment is made, but please note that changes made after the late entry date will incur a late entry fee.
Before making payment, please ensure to carefully review and check all selected items to avoid any errors or discrepancies.
Please be aware that our policy is a "No Refunds" policy. Once payment is received, registrations are non-refundable.
